Hey all,

I have a spare 4760k laying around and 8gb memory.

I'm looking to build a 6TB NAS and am interested in what software works for it?

See FREENAS and a few others but interested in a good "N00b guide".
 
I agree with dave. I've been using unraid for the last 4 years or so. It's simply amazing what it can do with little resources.
