Building a Macintosh OS compatible computer?

I need to upgrade my mobo, CPU & video card. Is there a listing of macintosh OSX compatible parts out there? Or at least a way to see what kind of parts any of their desktop computers use? I wouldn't mind having a dual boot leopard/Windows XP setup.

Thanks for the advice!

Sorry, but the OS X license limits you to installation only on an "Apple-labeled computer"...

Mac OS X (Leopard) Software License

"<a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://images.apple.com/legal/sla/docs/macosx105.pdf">2. Permitted License Uses and Restrictions.
A. Single Use. This License allows you to install, use and run one (1) copy of the Apple Software on a single Apple-labeled computer at a time.
You agree not to install, use or run the Apple Software on any non-Apple-labeled computer, or to enable others to do so...</a>"

Best to stay with Intel CPU's and SATA optical and hard drives.
USB keyboard and mouse. A retail copy of OSX Leopard can be installed on non-Apple branded hardware by way of a specially prepared bootable CD and USB thumb drive. Find an Apple stick-on logo for legal compliance with their above-mentioned license terms.
