Sil3114 doesn't have XOR. It's a fakeraid. Though its better than nF as a SATA Host.

There is only one really good choice, and that's the Tyan K8WE.
Now you are over $1000 for a Motherboard and SATA HBA to make RAID5 worthwhile.
