That's funny! It reminded me of the matchstick rocket ships I use to make as a kid.
Wrap the head of a matchstick in a tiny piece of tin foil. Wrap it tightly and then with a needle make a small opening along one side of the foil wrap. Heat the foil with the flame of another match and when the match head inside the foil ignites the gasses will be forced out the hole and send the matchstick flying.
