Up to you. Price out the components yourself and see how much it ends up. If the prices are close, then factor in how much you want to spend the time building it/troubleshooting it yourself, vs just having someone else go through the hassle.

Of course you are right I was being lazy. Just need a new gaming rig and not sure I can be bothered with all the hassle as I have built my last two machines. Just not up to speed with it all these days.
