Build one or pre built?

I want a desktop fast enough to run arma III on standard settings. I don't know alot about building. And I don't want a pre built, due to the fact of windows 8. Can some one help

Windows 8 isn't awful once you get used to it, and 8.1 out soon will make it less bad.

Building your own is not hard, it just takes a phillips screwdriver and a couple of hours. If you want to do that, see the "sticky thread" in the General Hardware forum, then make a thread there where you answer all of the questions.
