Build me a basic amd64 system

So I am looking to build part of a system. I need the motherboard, processor, ram and a video card.

For processor I was looking at the AMD64 3000. Seems like the best performance for the buck.

But I am not sure about motherboard and ram to go with it.
Im not an overclocker, but I want a high quality board with solid performance for a good price.

Also for video.. I am thinking the radeon 9800 pro for around 200 bucks.

Thoughts?

For a motherboard i would look at the Asus K8V Deluxe or wait for the NF3-250 to launch. If you dont intend on overclocking some Kingston Value Ram would probably be best and you can get it at 512 or 1 GB depending on how much money you want to drop. That processor and video card are both excellent.
