Ditch that Rosewill drive, they are nothing but trouble

proof? link?

The proof is my personal experience with building machines, I'm currently a network admin, and prior to that I worked as a bench tech and from my PERSONAL experience, they are not great quality, lite-on are similarly priced and have a much better track record IMO

I agree, I'm a big fan of the lite-on drives, you get near plextor performance for a much better price.

Here's a power supply and case that combined will cost (shipping included) $69.75, and the power supply has 27 amps on the 12 volt as apposed to the 16 amps on the power supply you intend to get. but it's not a big saver, and probably more of a hastle considering it's not from new egg like you like, but i'm just trying to help.

ok good luck with your decisions. hope your friend lilkes his new computer.

your link is FUBAR. and yes, newegg only please unless there is some incredible bargain to be had 😀

Yeah, I'd seriously consider only having 512 ram, and buying the 6800 OC or 6600 gt, because you'd have $256.73 for a video card if you only had one stick of ram. but you probably don't give a crap.
