Build almost complete: need recommendations for Mobo to pair with my i7-860

I haven't built a computer in about 4yrs, so I'm not 100% sure what's the latest and greatest out there.

I'm recycling some parts from the old computer, but so far I have the following:

CPU: i7-860
RAM: OCZ PC3-10666
Mobo: ??
GPU: ??
PSU: Enermax Liberty 500W
OS: Windows 7 x64

Reading through a few guides online and looking through different forums, it seems like Gigabyte gives the best bang for the buck these days.

I'm looking at either Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD3 or the Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD4P. I don't plan on doing any overclocking nor am I a serious gamer. I'm prob. going to play DOW2 and SC2 and maybe 1-2 FPS.
