Have been seeing these in the office. about the size of an airsoft pellet. Any idea?

That is the North African Ear Borer (borerus africanus horribilus). They breed in the thousands. The bright spots indicate the feeding cycle is about to start. You should probably get out of the house.
 
In all seriousness I can't find a carpet beetle that they look exactly like, and carpet beetles are described as being a little smaller than what you have described.
