Buffalo WHR-G54S and DD-WRT

I'm going to use a Buffalo router to connect a computer and a XBox 360 (haven't purchased yet, but want to get this setup first) to my existing Wireless network that uses a Linksys router.

What version should I use? Micro, or the Full/Standard version?

Also is it better to setup the Buffalo as a wireless client, or a wireless bridge? I previously tried to use Tomato, and couldn't get it to work as a wireless client, so I want to try out DD-WRT. My existing network uses WPA2 - AES. Is it possible to do this setup with the Buffalo and DD-WRT?

This is the first time I've tried to do anything like this, so I'm pretty much at a loss right now.
