But it does show up. You just have to call and they expedite it once they realize they've been sitting on it. I go my $80 check in 5 days after I complained about waiting 4 months.

anyone have experiences with this router? from what i've read buffalo is a pretty reputable wifi brand. Is having WPA that significant of a security improvement? i'm currently running a linksys 802.11b.

the reviews on this one seemed overall positive. Hope range is a bump over my "b" router that couldn't stretch coverage to the living room. everyone remember their rebates & keep your copies and mark your calendars with the phone # if it doesnt show up. peace

Good advice... now if everyone bothers to do tracking and follow-ups to their rebates these rebate companies would be out of business.

Does it matter if we send all the rebates in one envelope? Or all separate if we bought one of each?

Yup, looks like the deal is dead. They probably cleared it all out already to make way for the newer stuff that's showing up on the page now.

i bought the WLI2-USB2-G54 Wireless-G USB Adapter. It's a lot smaller than i expected. I'm pleased with it's reception, and exterior of the adapter has not been excessively warm, even after 8-10 hours of use. The reviews suggested that it would heatup after prolongued use. Fortunately, that hasn't been the case.

ahh! is the rebate gone on the antennas?

Which one would you guys recommend to improve signal on the floor above me? My parents room doesn't get a good signal but excellent downstairs. Which one is stronger? I wouldn't mind having to aim it w/ the uni-directional one.

anyone get the router? i've heard complaints about the M$ one and that it doesn't even port forward correctly. I would assume the Buffalo router would by default have to be better than my linksys 802.11b.

anyone have a link to the $30 rebate for the 54G router, the one for august? I lost mine in a format, and outpost will only send me the 20 current rebate that i cant even use.
