Buffalo Link Station

The website doesn't give many details on this, but it sounds like a very good option for network storage. Can you map a drive from a client PC that is shared on the Link Station? How advanced of options does the web interface give? I'm familiar with the Snap Server interface in that you not only can specificy what individual users or groups have access to different shares, but you can also lock out individual files to only certain users or groups. Example: public is accessible to everyone, but there is a folder in public that you only want the admin to see, so you can set file access to that folder so that only the admin can open it from the network. You can also share a folder underneath an already shared folder. Example of this, the billing share has a folder called accountspayable, you want only billing to have access to the billing folder but you also want accounting to have access to accountspayable which is under the billing share. I've tried other NAS boxes that do not have as many advanced features as this. Does anyone have any experience with the Buffalo Link Station that can give me any specifics as to the options it has? How reliable is this also?
