Looking for a budget board to OC a E4500 that I'll be ripping out of a Dell machine along with RAM.

I don't need anything super fancy onboard. Just USB and FW headers. Very few SATA ports. no need for SLI or anything (Unless its at a small additional expense)

Suggestions?

I have an Intel E4500 running on a Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L. I haven't played around with overclocking yet (I just built this rig at 11 PM last night), but the Gigabyte motherboard was perfect for me (running two SATA hard drives, two DVD burners, and a single PCIe video card). For what it's worth, there are *several* people on these message boards who have reported excellent results when overclocking the E4500 on the DS3L board.

Bought for $100 on Newegg last week; the price is already down to $89 on there. Check for them on eBay too.

The only issue with the P35-DS3L (I'm using it too and I'm very happy with it) is that I don't think it has the firewire headers he needs.

These three boards are a bit more expensive, but offer firewire headers:
Abit IP35-Pro
Gigabyte EP35-DS3P
ASUS P5K
