This game is absolutely insane. The announcers on NBC pratically have an orgasm every time the 76ers do ANYTHING good.. They make a shot and they go crazy. The Bucks go on a 15-0 run and you think the annoucers have left the building. The refs are calling Technicals and fouls against the Bucks for just LOOKING pissed off. The NBA is such bull**** I can hardly stand to watch it anymore. The bias against Milwaukee from EVERY side is just SO annoying. The 76ers can't win this game without the refs on their side.

Either way, does it really matter? It's a lost cause, either team won't stand a chance against the Lakers.

I'm pissed because the blew the lead on Technical and flagarant fouls.. THATS what I am pissed about.. I am tired of the announcers on TV _NEVER_ saying anything good about the Bucks.. its "Iverson this, Iverson that.. " IVERSON HASN'T DONE CRAP THIS GAME.. SHUT UP ALREADY!

What does it matter man? It has too be tough for both teams to be playing when they KNOW that the Lakers are going to probably sweep them. I mean they swept the friggin Spurs, and the Spurs were better than both of these teams.

I'm a bucs fan and I'm from NY. I've been a Bucs fan for abour 3 years now, they have always sucked but I knew that one year they would get far and this year is it. Their gonna win the Eastern Championship anyways.

Fvck that. I gotta agree even though I hate both teams. Allen Iverson, the little b1tch queen mvp shoots 2 percent every game and gets bailed out on EVERY call. Just because the guy's smaller, the SAME FVCKEN contact on him is a foul but the same thing doesn't go both ways. Total bs. I just finished watching Earven Johnson get a foul called against him for taking an elbow from Mutombo in the head.

Course it doens't really matter cause the lakers are gonna bitch slap both these teams anyways. Best thing the East should do is to pick the best 12 players from both the Philly and Milwaukee and field a team. Of course, they'd still lose...but it'd be more interesting...

Philly usually gets f*cked in the no-no spot by announcers, so it is nice to see it the other way for once.

Not to worry, when it is Sixers vs. Lakers, the announcers are gonna do nothing but talk about Kobe and Shaq.

At least JosephStalinator will be happy...

but with just reason, they're the best and most dominant players in the league, respectively, not over-rated isolation players who shoot 38% on half of his team's shots during the postseason, not to mention more sissy complaining about fouls than the Blazers and Pacers teams combined

i agree with everyone, who ever wins this series is going to get there a$$es handed to them by the lakers. I am a bucks fan being from milwaukee and agree with what some people say about cassell. But man it is evident when it isn't your team, does anyone wish that bill walton would get a boot to the skull as much as I DO !!! the man is a F#CKING MORON....for playing in the NBA so long I wish he sounded like he knew what the hell he was talking about...when he goes off on some tangent about what he thinks a player is thinking or what they should do I am sickened to listen to his mindless dribble coming out of his mouth. I really question the talent advisors at NBC on his hire !!!
and as for allen "MVP" Iverson....what a great performance 5 - 27. The answer left me stumped as to what the question is...how many shots can I miss in a row and still continue to shoot every time I get the ball ?? he is such a winny little b!tch it isn't even funny !!! flopping around like a fish out of water when he draws contact. Mugsy bouges didn't have to do that SH!T to get calls, he in my opinion is a great athlete but a terrible PUNK ASS GANSTA B!ITCH !!!
go bucks

leeland, I agree with you on Walton, he is terrible. The last two games he came out talking all kinds of trash about how the Bucks were going to cream the Sixers (like score 70 in the first half ) Then when the Sixers start getting back into the game, he flip-flops faster than any front-runner I know. He never seems to call it down "the middle", like a national broadcaster should. Plus, whenever he things a foul should have been called, he expresses it in such a snide sarcastic tone, really pisses me off.

You hit it right on the spot! But I do enjoy listening to him because he contradicts everything and says some dumb stuff that makes him funny. I like it when he gets in a debate with the other announcers. The arguments are so retarded yet strangely entertaining.

The NBC announcers are always going to be biased toward the team in the larger TV market. Lakers vs. 76ers would have a larger audience than Lakers vs. Bucks.

Ever notice how the Knicks are on national TV EVERY WEEK? Don't even get me started about bias! When the Knicks are playing, it almost sounds like it's USA vs. USSR in the gold medal round of the olympics.

The NBA (professional sports in general) has lost every last shread of integrity. I wouldn't be surprised if they insert subliminal advertising also -

Buy Budweiser!
Buy Chevrolet!
Buy NBA-Licensed Kobe wig!
Buy Viagra!

how many times were the 76ers called for fouls on a post up or off ball? why does Mutumbo get to pick up his pivot evet time he starts a move? why doesnt his foot in the lane, when he gets a pass, start the 3 second count? they keep saying you wont get calls if you dont go to the hoop. look at the shot chart! Glenn robinson takes more than half of his 77 shots in the lane...AND HAS NOT BEEN FOULED ONCE! if there is a bias, its psychological...but its there none the less. look at the stats! its been happening all year!
I've watched the NBA since 1965. A ref could call a foul on nearly every single possession. It comes down to a reputation... and understanding of who is 'better.'

as to the announcers... big cities have more people, you play to them. always have...always will. its just good marketing sense. and it helps if your an idot, like bill walton or steve jones. Oh and by the way, the very best at contradicting himself is Hubie Brown. I once heard him start out a replay by praising the defense, and by the end of slow motion replay was praising the offense. He's incredible!

yes Walton is a pretty funny guy!... i have to agree he's not that great, but somehow entertaining... like that stuff about the universe, hehe

what about that new NBC guy.. you know, they always have two basketball analysts and then a third "moderator" guy from NBC.. i've only very recently seen this guy, he's ok but no marv albert
