Ugh, too many fruity, bright cartoon characters. D:

My Little Pony:

One more thing on ponies. The show is not good, it's just not. It may be good in comparison to the complete shit most kids shows are, but it's not an entertaining show. It has the same plot lines characters etc as any other cartoon. They just throw in a "we're in on the joke" line here ever once in a while to make the nerds happy while they hose you down with bright colors and sparkly things. The show is like a fishing lure for children in their teens and 20's who look like adults but act like little girls.

You're an idiot. The internet following was a surprise to Faust and to Hasbro. The show was never designed to grab a larger audience -- it does not operate on an ad revenue basis, it's an ad itself. Its only purpose is to sell MLP toys to kids. That Faust did not want to make your typical condescending crap, that she was successful, and that a large adult audience noticed is completely beside any point that Hasbro has in relation to the show.

It's not Robot Chicken, and it was never meant to be. The creators gave a shout-out to the bronies in a commercial as well as acknowledging their naming of DJ P0N-3, and have now put Derpy in a few episodes, but nothing about the core has changed. It's just a solid show played straight in-world, and it's great.

To me it appears that you just reinforced everything I said except you called me an idiot first. Maybe I'm wrong though and this is a good show and everyone should watch it and post ponies and live life like were all little girls trapped in grown up bodies. I've been wrong before.
