Bubbles from Trailer Park Boys

I just got season 1-4 of the trailer Park boys after reading the thread HERE. I managed to watch them all within two vacation days. I know what you're thinking, but I just got addicted to the show. Anyways,I just wanted to say that Bubbles has become my favorite character from a TV show, originally held by Homer Simpson. Some other notable characters from the show are J-Roc, Ricky and Mr. Leahy, but the entire cast is really good. Although the show is absurdly funny, I feel it makes a strong social commentary about the "lower class."

TPB rules, but Bubbles gets annoying after a little while. Ricky & Randy are where it's at. It's definitely my favorite show.

annoying? How?you obviously haven't seen the episode where bubbles' makes a pRon movie for J-Roc, or the episode where his Shed burns down.

J-Roc is hilarious. The episode where Ricky, Julian, and Bubbles bust him beating off is classic.

I always liked Ricky. He is so dumb..his Rickyisms are classic like:

"I don't need too much book smarts, it's not like I need to be one of them Rocket Appliances or anything"

I've seen season 4...there was too much Bubbles in it.

I have seen them all, seasons 1-5 plus a few extras like the original pilot. a 5-8 minute pilot before that, and the Christmas special.

I loved the episode where Ricky got so stoned that he ate 9 cans of Ravioli he took out of his dad's burned out trailer.


It's hard to believe a show made so cheaply, can be so addictive. I can't wait to see the movie they're making.

I find it strange that Americans and even some Canadians get through some of the slang and topics in there. Many of them are strictly of Maritime Canadian(Nova Scotian) flavour.

What is truly amazing is that there are people outside of Halifax living in Trailer Parks and Spryfield, exactly like them. The stoned Cougar for instance, was named Steve French. I grew up with a stoner named Steve French, so I'm guessing someone from the show knows him also as they are basically from the same area I'm from.

THere's no such thing as too much Bubbles.

Thanks, just found season 5 and watched it. Have to say it was pretty damn funny, I wish they would have kept the Huge bellyed "Phil" guy who got hit with a glass bottle in ep 2. That guy was classic. Now i can't wait for season 6.

Ps. Bubble shooting that MEC-9 at cyrus and his japanese gang was funny as fvck.
