You can hurt him the worst by leaving voicemails that could be heard by someone else, and explaining the situation to someone other than him - Namely whoever's voice is on his voicemail (haven't had a chance yet to call, but rumor has it it's a woman). Whether it be his wife, g/f, mother, etc. I'm sure she'd be less than thrilled.
