Friends PC refuses to install windows
it give a BSOD randomly when installing it

he running an AMD K6/2 450
128mb ram
40gig seagate hdd
Gigbyte Atx mobo
he just bought HDD ram and vid card but i tried them in my old pc and it works fine but we cant install windows with the stuff in his box...any ideas?
 
The only time I've seen random BSOD's during install is with bad memory. When you put his memory in your old system, did you try and install the OS?
