Without knowing any details whatsoever I can just suggest you go to MS' site and search the knowledge base...

What you need to do is go near the bottom of the BSOD and there will be the driver that is causing the problem. Just a wild guess that it is going to be nv4disp or something like that. If that is the case, try an older version of the nvidia drivers (assuming you have tried the latest) If it is not nvidia realted, get the driver and search on the MS knowlegde base.
