i'm trying to reformat my cousin's computer but everytime it begins installing WinXP i get a stop error. Here's the latest one:

0x0000004E: PFN_LIST_CORRUPT

i'm guessing it's bad RAM, and i just need to get a new stick to fix the problem?

has anyone mailed in their RAM to the company as RMA? I just swapped the bad ram with a stick of my RAM and it works. Do i just send it in and they send me a new stick? the company is advance modules

Contact the company, get their RMA info. I had a similar problem with some RAM, called the company, they gave me the needed info and I used USPS for shipping. It seem to took a longer time than it would with using UPS IMO. They didn't ship the replacment until they rec'd the defective RAM. Who is the company if you mind me asking?
