BSOD with Vista :(

When I play the GRAW 2 singleplayer demo I get a BSOD. What could be causing this. I have a pretty high end PC. 4400 X2 2GB or ram and a 8800gts 640.
 
get brutal, install the OS fresh, remove your soundcard or disable sound in the game and try a different video card

however, if only graw2 causes a BSOD, and all other games are fine, then perhaps the issue is actually with graw2
