BSOD w PCI ports on GA-K8NF-9

My sig has my system info... I got my DVICO Fusion HD card to work in PCI slot 1 (the one on top) and right above it is the 6600GT (pretty tight fit, but it works).
My problem now is when I try to install the hauppauge PVR150mce in PCI slot 2 or 3, I got the BSOD every time. It reboots right after teh black XP loading screen with the blue status bar. I tried to change the IRQ in the BIOS with all of the options I had for PCI slot 2 and had no luck...
Any suggestions on what I can try?
MOBO rocks other than this issue im having...

UPDATE: I took the fusion card out of slot 1 (on top) and put the PVR150mce in slot 2 and it booted up just fine and installed drivers ok. I then installed the fusion into slot 1 and it booted up just fine, and after the drivers started to install I got a stop message. I tried slot 3 and same thing. It at least lets me get into windows but after the drivers start to install I get a BSOD...
Any ideas would be great!

Shared resources...Loaded drivers...BSOD...
It all has the smell of memory sharing problems. Just like video card drivers that have not matured. My guess, you need to contact DVICO Fusion/hauppauge PVR150mce (HDTV) manufacture for driver updates.

My question is XP comes up and does it automatically, how do I know if its installing the correct updates or not?
Also, the STOP - CONTINUE message comes up with drivers that are not "certified" with XP comes up for both, yet both product manuals state to click continue...This is a little strange I thought...

There are many drivers we load that are not Windows certified, like nVidia beta drivers. What is the "correct updates"? Windows just loads what drivers it was feed to the hardware it sees. Check the properties for your hardware in the device manager. You should find the driver info and date there. You can also update your drivers there if you have newer ones from the manufacture of your hardware. You also have the option to remove all the drivers from the system by going into safemode.

Question: Has the DVICO Fusion/hauppauge PVR150mce PCI cards been fully tested with nVidia's Geforce4 chipset and PCI-e?

Im not sure, how do I find out if they are tested with the nforce4 chipset?

I installed a super old PVI vga card (from 96) and then installed the analog card, then the fusion had pretty much exact same results - no BSOD, but the system just locked up on me. It actually stopped installation and asked where that sys file was (zl88vcap.sys), as soon as I choose it and hit OK it locks up...
It gives me the BSOD with the 6600GT pci-E card when I get to that .sys file

Still unable to get 2 capture cards to work with the nforce 4 chipset....
