BSOD Troubleshooting

I am trying to troubleshoot a computer issue and would appreciate any help that anyone can offer.

I built a system to play World of Warcraft and everything seemed to be working fine until I loaded up WoW. When I log into WoW, if there is much active content, the machine will instantly exit and go to a BSOD. For instance, if I log in with either of my lvl60+ characters, it instantly crashes. However, if I log in with my lvl35 or lvl10 characters, I can play without any problems.

I've successfully run the WoW repair utility.

<<Begin Error Message>>
***STOP: 0x000000D1 (0x00000012, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x00000012)
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Beginning dump of physical memory
<<End Error Message>>

This makes me think that it might be a RAM issues. However, I have tried two different sticks of memory in all sorts of configurations (i.e. stick A in slot 1, stick B in slot 3, etc.) and I always get the same error message.

I ran MemTest with no errors.

I ran MemTest86 for 16 hours with no errors.

::Computer Specifications::
Operating System: Windows 2K Pro w/ SP4
PS: Antec Smart Power Watt
CPU: AMD Athlon XP 1700+
MB: Epox 8RDA3IPro
Network: Linksys LNE100TX (driver ver. 5.0)
HD: IBM Deskstar 60GB
RAM: 2 x 500MB Mushkin DDR 2700
Video: nvidia 6600 GT 128 MB w/ WHQL Certified drivers (ver. 93.71)

I disabled the onBoard Sound and Network in the BIOS as well as unplugged the DVD drive.

I had a spare nvidia 6600 GT 128 MB which is working in another system. I tested it in the new system and I'm getting the same errors.

It could be and most likely is USB crap.
uninstall all usb devices under the device manager and reboot and let them refresh. Hopefully that will fix it.

I was able to resolve this.

It looks like it was the Linksys NIC. I removed it, and got the onboard NIC working. So far, no BSODs.
