BSOD in Win 2k Server.

Hey All.

Basically, here's what I have:
Windows 2000 Server SP2
Dual Tyan S1834
512 Meg Ram (PC 100 4x128)
Promise SuperTrak Raid 5 w/ 4 Maxtor 30Gb 7200 RPM Drives
1 Maxtor 30Gb 7200 Rpm (boot drive)
Netgear NIC
Old Trio3d AGP Card

I've flashed the BIOSes to everything that I can, and updated all my drivers, and I still get BSOD pretty frequently. Always get BSOD when I try to run Windows UPdate.

I've taken all the components out one by one and replaced them with known working hardware (cept the Promise) and still get the Same BSOD problem.

Any suggestions on what to try, or where else to look for conflicts. NTOSLKRNL is always the one that bombs. Invalid Exception.
