Hi,
I just build a new computer: Chaintech vnf Ultra 4, eVGA 6600GT, 1 GB PC3200 corsair Value RAM, 120 GB Maxtor DiamondMax plus 9 SATA HD. Thats the basic overview, things were working fine, till one day I cam home, and my computer was restarting, it was stuck, everytime it booted, it would BSOD, and then restart, I can't really read the screen, but it says a phyiscal memory dump occurs, and it restarts. I determined that it has to be something in the internet connection. as long as I don't connect anything to the internet the computer stays running, but as soon as it connects anything, messenger, browser, updater, it BSOD's. I really need help, as this is my main computer, and has all my important things..

Thanks

Garrick

see if you can download a firewall and get fully patched. And then keep the firewall running.

you're probably getting hit by worms.

I got all three of those installed, and I use the Nvidia firewall, I think it was something with the drivers b/c since I rolled the nforce forceware driver back to the CD install, everything works fine now
