I've been getting this on occaision in the last few months on a system (below) that's been running fine since March 2003. Obviously? a driver issue that blue screened last when I was toying with the FSB on my system - but it doesn't happen every time....

Anyway, I already contacted dclive with my .dmp and the .cab files he needs. Many thanks to him for taking a look.

A7N8X Deluxe rev 1.04
XP 2100+ 10.5 x 190 (usually where I run it)
Corsair XMS PC 3200 512MB x 2
GF 3 Ti 200 128MB
Maxtor 80G PATA x 2 (no raid)
Soundstorm
Antec Neopower 480W
XP Pro Sp 2

What is the suggested FSB setup of that CPU / Motherboard combo? 166/333?

Yeah, it's 166/333. Has run fine for 2 years between 190 and 200.

Let's try it at the normal non-overclocked settings and see if everything is OK after doing so. :)

The problem points to atapi.sys, and I don't think there's any problem with that, so it's probably an overclocking issue.
