BSOD After Quitting Vivendi Universal Games

Everytime I play a game made by Vivendi Universal Games, I get a BSOD when I quit the game. Doesn't happen while playing, just after quitting the game. I just bought a new motherboard and am experiencing the same problem. This only happens with Vivendi Universal Games- Tribes: Vengeance & SWAT4 MP Demo (Beta) all other games are fine.

Clues anyone?

Might help if you mention your video card. I'm guessing that you have an ATI card, and are running a recent set of Cats. Try rolling back to 4.9, or the "Doom3 beta" version of the driver.

Duh- don't know how I could have forgotten that. I was using the latest official nVidia Forceware drivers- 66.93. It happened for the first time about 15 seconds after quitting UT2004, so what I thought was game specific is not. I'm trying out some beta drivers- 67.02. We'll see if that helps.
