Brushing teeth?

Where do you start brushing your teeth? I always start on the left, mostly because I have a sensitive tooth on that side. I use Sensodyne and it gives me immediate relief. I was researching and one site says to start in a different place every time, so you won't get lazy!

Brush touches down on the toofs in the center. Then, left side to the right side.

I just realized I don't think I brush as hard on the inside parts of my teeth,...

:hmm:

You put thought into such a mundane task?
I can't work out if I start left or right but it's always bottom teeth first.
Maybe clockwise...

If you want to go bonkers on this, do you brush the front or back sides first?

Left because I brush with my right hand I guess.

I think this is why I start on the left, too. I wonder if all right-handed people start on the left. I'm going to try starting on the top right today. I rebel sometimes...not often, but sometimes.

I finally picked up a Sonicare and man do I wish I had done it sooner. Less effort, more results - shuts itself off after 2 mins so you know it's enough. It's a good thing it had the 10-day ramp-up built into it because that helped with initial sensitivity a lot. I start on the left side because I'm right handed.
