That's never stopped us before. Still, judging by tone I'd think some us had been personally wronged. Where did the bad person touch you neffers? You can show us on the doll.
 
I don't see any deployed airbags. Bruce certainly seems to have a cell phone in his hand (most obvious in the last picture of the OP). I think he/she/it was reading or sending a text message at that moment of impact.

Pretty interesting how good those pics are, proof positive the paparazzi were involved. No excuse to drive like an idiot but I think they sound like they were part of the problem. if they were smart they would have driven on and not posted those pics, which may be legally bad for them.
