Browseui.dll Related To Outlook Express?

Hi all, I have a pc that can't start to desktop with a error on missing browseui.dll error, therefore I copy from a working XP machine and paste into system32 and it is fine with all my desktop icon appears.

The thing now is I can't seem to type anything in my outlook express, but when I type on word and excel the keyboard is working fine.... what could be wrong?
 
The funny thing is that there is no system retore point at all, not even the date is in, just a blank space.

Tried SFC /SCANNOW but finished without error.

Now I realised that when I want to create a new account in control panel, I can't key in anything in the 'name box', no blinking cusor in the box for typing....

Then I try to export to outlook to send email and it is ok, I can type but when send for printing there is this Internet Explorer Script Error 30 message.... Can't print at all...

Please advise what to do.
