So, to move to Firefox in my new Win11 installs, I'm wondering... Can I get my Win10 passwords migrated from Chrome to Firefox? Other "settings" too?

99% certain that Firefox can import passwords/bookmarks straight from Chrome. Probably not other settings.

There are tools that will extract passwords from browsers and create a spreadsheet. I've used them successfully several times, but some may be suspicious of them.

Brave (and others) will sniff out passwords, bookmarks/favorites and some other settings from other browsers and import them.

I'm fairly sure all browsers these days have a password export function. I've used Chrome's many times. Historically probably the only ones that didn't were Internet Explorer and the AOL browser.

I can't avoid using chrome.. my family loves everything synched and a history easily available.

But I tend to use Opera for most of my "political commentary here".. yes I know it's Chinese but I don't say anything bad about China except Made with Chinesium means Made with Crap.

Firefox for youtube videos.

I tried using duck duck go as a search engine but I mostly stick to google.
