Browser toolbars

Hey,

Just wondering if anybody knows of a way to disable someone from installing toolbars into a web browser like the yahoo toolbar ect. Thanks!

Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> Disable 3rd party software. Disable installs.
Actually, you can disable MOST things there and be just fine.
Same in the multimedia section of the Advanced Tab.

Get a program called Toolbar Cop from here:

If something does install and you can't find out how
to not show it or uninstall it ... this app will get rid of it
Very easy to use

It helped once get rid of a Blank Entry on the Toolbar Menu
of IE6
