In IE 6, somehow the drop-down menus disappeared, and when I turned them on by right clicking on the tool bar, they got added to the toolbar line. How do I get everything back to normal?

you should be able to drag it back to where you want it(click and hold on the menu bar)

it's a little touchy, but grab near the vertical dotted line on the left side of the menu bar and drag and drop it

Now, when I right-click on the toolbar, there is no "lock toolbar" option. And when I try to drag anything, I only get a left-right arrow. Used to be the address bar was below the toolbar, but now everything is on the same line. Address bar, Links, menu bar, and toolbar.
