90s versions of IE? Wtf for? Seems like the oldest you'd need to use is IE6 and that is embarrassingly from 2001 (I think)

Yes, we have some things that only work in IE6.
I may have been exaggerating a bit, 2001 is over 10 years ago, may as well be the 90s.
