Browser (IE , Chrome , Firefox) won't lauch

Problem arose yesterday on desktop. Typing this on my laptop.

The only thing that worked was system restore. But it came back and now I don't have a restore point back to before the browser issue.

I searched the net and found command lines to type into the CMD window. But that doesn't work either.

So what can I do since I don't have a System restore point older than today.

I do have internet connection. I can update Windows 7 pro , I can access Steam, I can update my anti-malware and Anti-Virus , I can play Dota 2.

I have run AVG, Avast, MalwareBytes , Spybot and McAfee anti-virus. No malicious software shows up.

All 3 browsers launch in Safe Mode with networking .

Have fixed the problem. This is what finally has worked:

Used Avast Clean and Optimize System
Uninstalled AVG anti-virus
Uninstalled FireFox and did a fresh download and install

I just 1 of those actions or all of them that did the job.
