I?m LOOSING IT!!!

Using IE6 & FF 1.5.06. In the last few days, most sites I visit are messed up, formatting wise. Most sites are rendered with wrong font, images not loading, etc. Here is my homepage, messed up big time!

CNN messed up homepage

This happens in IE6 as well, but less severe. I thought maybe a bad network cable or NetGear router. Nope, as I replaced both. Updated NIC drivers. Cleared our both browsers cache and temp files. Cleared out GoogleWebAccelerator cache, and turned it off. No suspicious items in msconfig.exe. The only problem so far is DCOM errors upon startup related to Audigy2 card.

DEAR GOD, someone help me!! 50% of this pc is used for web surfing. Anyone come across this??

Run spybot (make sure its updated), download/install/run CCleaner, download and run hijackthis and post the log here after the first two have been completed.
