Is there any way to increase the amount of energy without solar plants? I have lvl 3 shipyard...

You can build fusion plants with the needed technology, but it uses deuterium to create energy

I joined two days ago and am up to 13 points. Rank is now 7030 out of 10103. Guess I have a long way to go.

My planet is located at position 12 in my solar system. The average temps are -28C to 12C. Wow, that's pretty cold :D.

I wonder if the solar plants are capable of producing more energy on planets located closer to the sun in this game? Does the position in the solar system give any player an advantage over another?

 Good luck! I'm assuming you've already got some light fighters to attack with along with the cargo ship ;) Unfortunately I won't be able to help if you get into trouble since I don't even have a shipyard yet :(

I *think* your planet's position only affects solar satellites production but not the normal solar power plant buildings..

I just attacked with 1 small cargo hoping that the planet has no defense. I guessed right :D I got 2791 metal, 1000 crystal and 83 deauterium. :D

what about this from the galaxy page. When in says player name, it says activity next to it.ie name(activity)

the planet im interested in has (30 mins) next to the planet name, dose that mean they only did 30 mins of activity before they quit the game? also next the the player name there is a small i, denoting away for a 7 to 28 days.

The * or x minutes next to the planet name states how long ago any kind of activity occurred in the planet (Not worded nicely I know). Any kind of activity includes someone spying on the planet, someone attackin gthe planet, or ships landing on the planet for transport. It DOES NOT include new buildings or new researches or new defenses. So it has nothing to do with the activity of the planet owner .

how do i get a persons resources, when an attack is over, is there a resource collecting screen? I cant find a guide on attacking, though i'm still looking.

When you attack, the attack is simulated. If the attacker wins, then all the surviving ships are automatically filled with resources of the opponent: metal, crystal, and deuterium all in 1:1:1 ratio. Sometimes, the ratio is broken because you can only take 1/2 of the opponent's resources. Therefore, if the opponent only has 200 deuterium, you can only take 100 of them.

A question, do the resources collect automatically 24/7 then? Or only when the page is loaded in the browser?

so how much defense do you need to knock out a single cargo ship?
I'm gonna skip ships and building my defenses asap.. hehe

woot, first blind raid a sucess. SHip's comming back w/ 2480m 1271k(dude was inactive, so i'm sure he gets hit up all the time). At my current mine levels, thats around 3 hours worth of production for each, the run took about 2.5 hours, so hey, doubled my production for that time, not too shabby. Cant wait till i get a decent fleet going, looks like raids are the quickest way to make some cash. I recokon i'll have to move beyond just a cargo ship eventualy :) , but at this low of a level, if you've been inactive for 28+ days, i doubt there gonna have any defenses left.

Whew, good day so far.

just built lvl 11 solar power and working on my robotic factory towards getting a shipyard. have researched energy tech and combustion engine. looking to build a small cargo by tomorrow to start doing some cargo raids on some inactives in my system. (inactive > 28 days)

i have L9 metal, L9 crystal and L4 deut. I have enough power for both L10 metal and crystal upgrades but Im probably gonna have to wait ovenright to accumulate enough metal
