Brotherhood Of The Wolf (Le Pacte Des Loups)...

I actually enjoyed it although it seemed a bit long to me. When they edited down the fight scene at the beginning it basically gave the impression that only the Indian character (ironically played by a Hawaiian) could fight. So when the main character started up with the same fighting later on it seemed a bit odd. Still, it was entertaining IMO.

It was a fun movie. Yes, I think campy is the right description. As mom would say, its like a chinese movie, w/ the whole magic/fighting/etc. I recommend it🙂

Hey Gerald Depardue(sp) wasn't in it so it was half decent for a Frog movie. Actually I thought it was pretty good.

Yeah, I couldn't help but feel the same way. The first time through the movie, I was flabbergasted when whatever his name was started kicking ass, since up to that point he'd shown no fighting skill. I assumed that since he taught Mani French, Mani taught him his indian kung-fu. But then why hadn't he shown anything up till then.

Then I saw the deleted scenes, and that was confirmed. Still, it would've been nice if they'd have left that in. Although it WAS a pretty big fight scene to place at the beginning of a movie.

monica belluci was the only redeeming part of that film. overrated cr@p.

Actually, by her standards, that was a pretty tame film. In most foreign movies she's been in, she can't keep her clothes on for more than 5 minutes.

Not that I'm complaining.
