broswer refresh error???

I keep getting this browser refresh error something like that when I hit "back" during the surfing. It's annoying I don't understand why it does that. After I hit refresh button agian to clear it up. The pop up states:

" The page cannot be refreshed without resending the information. CLick retry to send the information again, or click cancel to return to the pagethat you were tring to view"

I want to get rid of that and make it run normally like before. It has been like this for a while. I don't even remember what it caused. Please explain me why it does that.

Any idea??? Any repair would be nice........
 
At specific sites or at all sites? If it is at a specific site it could be you are accessing a database of information that is called up when you first visit the site. In this case, hitting "back" would ask the browser to display the same information, however the backend wants to give you the new information, thus the message. If it's at all sites, I have no idea.
