Broken wrist/arm novelty gifts?

Good friend of mine broke their wrist on July 4th while playing football with me and he just had his surgery to have plates installed (horrible break).

He's a lawyer and his office is full of novelty items and what-not, example is he works with the federal government and ATF/DEA/FBI Agents and has a fake gun that doubles as an office tool just to mess with people, his office is like an adult playground.

So I'm thinking I want to get him something funny to put in there, doesn't necessarily have to be functional, but funny and something that can be appreciated.

I'm googling items right now but pickings seem to be slim, anyone know of any gifts? Links please?

I'm sure I could find something else if none of these suit you. You'll want to write a clever note that matches the gift and the guy's sense of humor like "Yo dawg I herd you liek rehab exercises" or "Hoping this will be useful" or "See if you can beat my high score" or something.
