My new system after operating for 2 weeks suddenly won't boot pass the first screen.
This problem occured after I had install NIC and developed an IRQ conflict. After having the conflict I proceeded to switch the Soundcard and NIC around a few times and then the machine wouldn't boot up at all. I have removed everything but the Agp Card and the system still wont boot pass the screen which displays the cpu speed. I have even changed the memory stick. Nothing!!!

Here are my specs:
Asus cusl2
P3 700@933 w/ golden orb 1.65 v
IBM gxp 75 30 gb
128 mushkin pc 133
Pioneer Dvd 16x
sblive value
Herceles 3d Prophet 2(618)
Linksys 10/100

System had been very stable even after running 3dmark looped for several hours.
Also, Every time I try to boot up its like it freezes before the memory test and displays my cpu speed as 466mhz. Whats broke? Is there any hope?

try resetting the cmos. There should be a jumper on the motherboard for that, just change the jumper, hit power and put it back. If you don't know which jumper to change then just remove the battery for 5-10 mins.
