I have a Brix GB-BXBT- 1900 that I am unable to get to recognize the keyboard.
Have tried several alt+ F key combos, to no avail.

Please advise...
 
Not only what the two above suggested, but does your mouse work in all of the usb ports (assuming you are using a usb mouse).
 
What keyboard is it? Is it wireless? Batteries working? Does it work on another computer?
 
Does it recognize it in the bios screen. It might be usb 3 issue. Also not familiar with that model does it have both blue and black usb ports; if so try black (usb 2).
