New York, she sold her house in LA, and only her parents live in Louisiana. She bought a penthouse in NY.

I dont see what the problem with her smoking is. Almost every actress and model smokes. And about her being obnoxious with her smoking, if other celebes can get away with smoking in NY, why cant she? Smoking bans are a joke, just look at the Dallas smoking ban.

Her jobs not a role model, her job is to make millions for herself and her record label.
