Actually dude, unless you hang around supermodels all day then yes that is in fact normal. Bad pics can make anyone look many times worse than they actually do, but jesus christ no one keeps themselves looking perfect 24 hours a day. She just has the media watching her every move.
 
While you're somewhat right...there are a lot of girls with a LOT more natural beauty than Britney spears. Girls who naturally have goods skin, beautiful faces, and great bodies. And there are plenty of girls who look great all "dolled" up, but look horrible in the morning. Cameron Diaz is another good example.

Ditto.

Some girls don't look great without a lot of make up. Some girls look great either way.

But if your use to seeing 'a girl' with make up and not necessarily a lot but some subtle bits here and there and you see her with bad skin and without any make up it can look very different.

A bad pic can and WILL make ANY girl look BAD. Having the media take pics of you randomly isn't going to be easy on anyones pictures. But that I suppose is the price you pay for having lots of fame, wealth and living in a $3mill + place and serveral to boot.

correction... i know some chicks that look amazingly hot no matter what lighting, time of day, or amount of makeup. very nice genetics i guess.

No worse. This proves that she is the average woman. It's just another extreme makeover when she goes on stage.

Edit: having said that, I'd still hit it, even that cottage cheese pic! 🙂
