She'd kill me. Let's just say that she's run the L.A. marathon twice and she competes in at least 2 half marathons a year.

Airbrush is an understatement.They can, will and do use the image resize option in photoshop at difference +-10% to change height and width (with constrain proportions turned off mind you)

Of course the pose has to be a compatible one, of which there are many.
