I'm sorry, I didn't realize that you were a photo-expert. Did you check the digital watermark of the video to ensure that it's 100% genuine? Is there even a digital watermark?

Nothing on the internet can be assumed to be 100% genuine. The only person that knows for sure is the person taking the picture/movie, etc.
