In all seriousness, when you are up against guys who behead you just for the publicity I would go all out too. Of course I'm giving the taliban too much credit for being just brutes. They are no match for a highly motivated well trained fighter from the UK.
 
I read on a military blog a while back that the Taliban are fond of suicide charges. They charge full on at the enemy firing full auto and not hitting anything and get mowed down.

Not to diminish what this guy did, that is awesome. Props.
 
Pretty amazing what a well trained solider can do when backed into a corner.


Soldiers when in desperate straits lose the sense of fear. If there is no place of refuge, they will stand firm. If they are in hostile country, they will show a stubborn front. If there is no help for it, they will fight hard.

Pretty amazing what a well-armed man behind a barricade can do against suicidal untrained militants? I am sure soldiers long dead have killed more men in a single sitting.
