British set to drop bomb with no blast

Ali al Salem air base, Kuwait: Britain's Royal Air Force is preparing to drop a new weapon on Iraqi forces - lumps of blue concrete to knock out tanks without causing a devastating explosion.

That's pretty darn cool. Get the precision to the point where smaller and smaller explosive blasts are needed to do the job, and at some point you can effectively use an inert bomb, or perhaps even at some point a self-propelled "kinetic missile".. I'm all for it.
