Well I'm no brain surgeon, but I did st.... aaahh I bet this is gettin old. 50,000 is alot of brains though. What else are they going to do with them once they're dead. Might as well put it to some use for the living.
 
Well how would the families not know that their loved one had a cut all around their head... there'd be some physical form of insertion or removal... makeup can't cover up everything.

After they were done using the brains, they turned them over to the hospital cafeteria to make traditional British dishes. 😉
